The rate charged will depend on the nature of the job or service required, the frequency and whether you are a regular customer.
Per Project - A project rate will apply to one-off project or to work done infrequently.
Hourly Rate - Where a customer's need is occasional or requires only a few hours work then an hourly rate could be applied. We will provide you with an estimate but customers should be aware that the final price could vary depending on a number of factors. Customers would be informed in advance of any variation.
Regular Customers (Retainer) - Regular customers who opt to use our services on an on-going basis could formalise matters by placing us on a retainer. For regular customers who would use our services for 32 hours per month (1 day per week) we would offer a reduced rate. We would agree a special monthly rate which would be invoiced in advance. Invoices would be due and payable prior to the commencement of work. Any additional work over and above 32 hours per month would be charged on a pro rata basis.
Extra Charges - These could be incurred and relate to stationery items, couriers, postage, prints, photocopies and mileage where applicable. These will be charged at cost where appropriate.

Payment can be made either by cheques drawn on a reputable UK bank or by direct bank transfer. Our bank details are printed on our invoices.
